Computer Service has diagnosed and fixed hundreds of Agfa Imagesetters and rips using the phone, skype and email. You will be amazed how quickly most problems can be resolved. We may require parts to resolve your Agfa imagesetter problem. Most parts are easy to install and require very basic tools. We have made many custom PDF files that show step by step directions to replace and fix most image setter problems .

Tech support available for AccuSet 800, AccuSet 1000, AccuSet 1200, AccuSet 1400, Accuset 1500, Phoenix 2250,  Selectset 5000, Selectset 7000, Avantra 25, Avantra 30, Avantra 36, Avantra 44 all models including "S" and "XT", also Agfa processors such as Agfa Rapaline 17 / 28 and all Agfa online processors.

• There is a $150 fee that is charged for up to 1 hour of technical support. Usually there is no charge beyond this if parts are ordered.

• It is recommended that the telephone reaches to faulty imagesetter or rip.
  
  
• Error codes and or a description of problem is all we need to start.
